This was the first bigger production, made by the second generation of Cascade on C64. Released at the Flag '98 Party, though it should have been launched at TP 7. Got delayed, because we had some trouble in linking the parts. That's also why the whole demo turned out to be a bit slow paced. Additional music credits to Zyron/Oxsid Planetary and Scortia/Bonzai.

20.08.2026 - Sneak Peek: Captain Ishtar in the Fortress of Fear, Part 1 - WIP video clipThere is a new C64 project by Alf Yngve, titled 'Captain Ishtar in the Fortress of Fear', which will be the third game of the Captain Ishtar series. The development is now at the stage where finalized versions of each of the 5 game parts are being compiled. Music and extra coding are added, there's testing and fine-tuning of the gameplay, etc. In this brief video clip you see the front end and the beginning of Part 1, which starts with a cut scene.
