The Wico Command Control and the Roklan Un-Roller Controller are both Atari & Commodore-compatible joystick substitutes in the form of a trackball; one is an actual trackball with extra logic to simulate a joystick, while the other is more of a giant d-pad in the form of a trackball! Robin puts them to the test with a couple rounds of GORF on the Commodore 64, and then we take a look inside to see how they work, and view my typical clumsy efforts at maintenance and repair on them.

21.08.2021 - 'Deniser' - Open Source Amiga Denise FPGA chip replacement released
Deniser is a drop-in replacement for the Amiga computer Denise chip. This repository contains board design files, FPGA logic source code and synthesis scripts. The idea is to make the material available for anyone to build and program the board for use as a Denise chip replacement. Denise is the Amiga custom chip responsible for most of the graphic related tasks such as bitplane display, palette registers, smooth scrolling, hardware sprites, flexible screen object priority, collision detection and more. In the Amiga, Denise operates in concert with the Agnus (DMA, blitter, copper) and Paula (I/O, interrupt controller). The chipset was released in 1985.

'Kung Fu Flash' is a cartridge for the Commodore 64 by Kim Jorgensen that packs a punch. It can emulate different cartridge types, load PRG files and use D64 disk images. Just place your desired CRT, PRG or D64 files on a FAT formatted microSD card and use the built-in launcher to execute them. New in this update: - Add support for C128 normal cartridge.

Meonlawel is a beautiful computer role-playing adventure game for C64, with vampyres in the leading role. In this new devlog video we see that adding items to a location procedure is finished! This means that: - items can be added to regular and seed-generated locations in the procedures script. - procedure to define a single item in location and a corresponding tile takes just 9 bytes. - player can interact with items and take them. - player is informed that more items cannot be taken. - tiles for items uses only foreground colours, so they can be nicely set on any background
