23.05.2025 - C64 game 'Space Fight' releasedSpace Fight! is a 2v2 4 player game for the Commodore 64 using the Protovision adapter. It also supports 3 players with the SNES Adapter in a 2v1 game. The purpose of Space Fight! is to achieve a higher score than the opposing team. You can do this directly by shooting players or you can shoot asteroids and change their trajectory into the enemy team causing them to lose points for collision deaths. Now a version update has been released where C128 turbo mode support was added, that will double speed of gameplay on C128 and makes it much smoother. 22.05.2025 - Video: Quasimodo's Halloween Horror (C64) Preview 3 with commentaryPreview 3 of Quasimodo's Halloween Horror. Notable changes from the last preview, are to move the HUD to the bottom of the screen. At the top things opened up for Quasimodo to jump high up into the night sky. Added a spooky moon for effect. The game now has an added flick-screen element and showcases some animated lava/firepits which will be one of the avoidable hazzards in the game.

20.05.2025 - Video: Gyruss Amiga port - footage #2Early footage of WIP Amiga game port of Gyruss, the famous shoot 'em up arcade video game designed by Yoshiki Okamoto,which was released by Konami in 1983. The game is now playable. No sounds, still a few sprite shift bugs but overall a good rendition.

18.05.2025 - Amiga game 'NeonWorld' released - free for download'NeonWorld' is a small shoot-em-up project for the Commodore Amiga, which was WIP for quite a while. Now it reached the final state, according to it's developer. The game should run on any PAL-Amiga with at least 1 MB RAM (emulated or real hardware). Full source code can be found here.
17.05.2025 - Video: Echo Fighter WIP v0.006 - Amiga Game Development - A500 - Early test footage #6More early test footage of a Shoot'em'up game that is in the making for Amiga OCS/ECS. New in this release: - A500 optimisations. - Added scaling "Wave" and "Get Ready" text to the start of the level. - Added some inertia to the ship movement. - Enemy patterns can now repeat until all enemies in the wave are destroyed before the next wave is started. - Levels can now be defined through data. - Synchronised palette changes so there shouldn't be any nasty screen tearing anymore when the background colours flash.

After PETSCII Qix for the C64 was released, developer milasoft64 thought: why not try to port it to the PET? After some struggles it is now done.
