28.09.2024 - VIC-20 game 'Monster Muncher' released - free for download
Monster Muncher, an obvious Pac-Man clone for the (unexpanded) VIC-20, was originally created by Matthew Smith (Manic Miner & Jet Set Willy) in 1983. Published by Spectrum Games (who went on to become Ocean) in limited numbers, the game has only recently been found by the Games That Weren't. The game is mostly playable. You can eat the dots and gobble the monsters. It has three lives and the monsters can gobble you. Unfortunately it is not possible to complete a maze and when you are out of lives, restarting carries on your score.

In PvP mode, two players compete head-to-head to see who can chop down more trees within the time limit.

Beyond a Steel Sky is a port of the 2020 adventure video game developed and published by Revolution Software. This Amiga version is written with Scala MM400 and it's a point and click game, very similar to the game Myst. It should run on almost any Amiga with at least 4 MB RAM (more is better), a minimum resolution of 640*512 (with at least 16 colours) , AmigaOS 3.x and a copy of Scala or Scala Player.
