02.04.2022 - C64 game 'Sever The Wicked!' released
Sever The Wicked! is a small fast-paced "coffee-break" action game. Destroy as many enemies as you can in 24 seconds! The further the enemy, the more points earned. Bosses grant extra points. Bonus points are given at the end of each round based on the number of enemies killed. Try to get an unbroken combo going, combos are the key to getting higher scores. You can get the game as digital download for a bargain (name your own price).

Scramble 500 is a (successful) attempt by jotd to create a 1:1 port of the famous arcade game on Amiga 500 using 100% 68k assembly. You can get the game as digital download for a bargain (name your own price). Requires: - any 68k CPU, - Kickstart 1.3, 1MB memory, - Kickstart 2.0, 1MB memory. Features: - original portrait layout, visual & sounds. - faithful enemy behaviour & speed & increasing difficulty. - 50 frames per second (PAL) even on a 68000 A500. - all levels. - joystick/joypad controlled (port 1) or keyboard controls (arrows + ctrl + alt), P pauses. - 2 player mode (still using joystick in port 1). - 2/3 button joystick and CD32 joypad support. - can run directly from shell or from whdload (fast machines/high-end configurations).

'Kung Fu Flash' is a cartridge for the Commodore 64 by Kim Jorgensen that packs a punch. It can emulate different cartridge types, load PRG files and use D64 disk images. Just place your desired CRT, PRG or D64 files on a FAT formatted microSD card and use the built-in launcher to execute them. New in Update 1.37: - Optimize VIC-II read access for ultimax cartridges (issue #94). New in this update 1.36: - Disk emulation support large PRGs, - Improve disk emulation loading speed, - Load and mount is now default for PRGs. Disk emulation is now active by default when launching PRGs. If this is not desired or if the PRG requires EF3 USB support then the old load option is still available in the file options menu (shift+return or long press fire). A lot of changes has been made to optimize the C64/KFF communication

In short, MixSID not only provides a Double-SID solution for you, it also gives you control over details such as volume balance for each SID individually and of digi sounds, the addressing space for each SID and so on and so forth. You can change settings using the online configuration utility. Including clip cables so that the installation can be performed without soldering.

Jackal, also distributed under the title of Top Gunner, is an overhead run'n gun-style shoot-'em-up video game by Konami released for the arcades in 1986. 4th demo version is now available for you to download and play. What's new in version 6: - Level 1 boss has an indicator to show where the tanks will spawn. - New enemy in Level 2 (Jeep throwing 'nades). - Level 3 preview (fully navigable but no boss fight yet). - New explosion graphics. - Animated exploded turrets. - Fixed foreground issues with fort walls and pillars. - Enemies have been rebalanced. - Memory optimizations, bugfixes and more!
